2. Proprietary Nature of DEALSCORE360™

DEALSCORE360™ is a proprietary review system owned and operated by The F&I Authority™. The scoring method, report layout, review process, terminology, presentation, and related business materials are confidential and proprietary to The F&I Authority™.

Clients may use the DEALSCORE360™ report for personal review and decision-making only. Clients may not copy, reproduce, resell, distribute, reverse engineer, modify, or use any part of DEALSCORE360™ for commercial purposes without written permission from The F&I Authority™.

Clients are encouraged to consult with a licensed attorney, tax professional, financial advisor, insurance agent, or lender when appropriate.

4. No Guarantee of Savings or Outcome

The F&I Authority™ does not guarantee that using DEALSCORE360™ will result in:

  • A lower vehicle price

  • A lower monthly payment

  • A better APR

  • Approval for financing or leasing

  • Removal of dealer fees or add-ons

  • An improved trade-in value

  • A specific amount of savings

  • A completed vehicle purchase

DEALSCORE360™ is designed to help car buyers make a more informed decision. The final decision to proceed with, decline, negotiate, or modify a vehicle transaction remains solely with the client.

5. Accuracy of Client-Provided Information

DEALSCORE360™ relies on the information provided by the client. This may include purchase orders, buyer’s orders, lease worksheets, finance quotes, dealer proposals, trade-in information, credit terms, vehicle details, and related documents.

The client is responsible for providing complete, accurate, and current information. The F&I Authority™ is not responsible for inaccurate conclusions, scores, or recommendations caused by missing, outdated, incomplete, or incorrect information provided by the client or any third party.

6. Third-Party Information

The F&I Authority™ may review information from dealerships, lenders, manufacturers, valuation tools, market data sources, or other third-party references when available. However, third-party information may change at any time and may not always be complete, current, or accurate.

The F&I Authority™ does not control dealer pricing, lender approvals, manufacturer programs, trade values, taxes, registration charges, or market conditions.

7. No Dealer, Lender, or Manufacturer Affiliation

Unless clearly stated otherwise, The F&I Authority™ and DEALSCORE360™ are independent services and are not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or controlled by any dealership, lender, manufacturer, warranty company, insurance company, or government agency.

The F&I Authority™ works for the benefit of the client by helping explain and review the deal information presented to the client.

8. Client Responsibility

The client is responsible for reading all dealership, lender, lease, purchase, warranty, insurance, and product documents before signing.

DEALSCORE360™ does not replace the client’s responsibility to review final documents carefully. The client should confirm that the final signed documents match the terms reviewed in the DEALSCORE360™ report.

If the final deal documents are different from the documents submitted for review, the DEALSCORE360™ report may no longer apply.

9. Timing of Review

DEALSCORE360™ is most effective when used before signing final purchase, lease, or finance documents.

If the client submits a deal after signing, The F&I Authority™ may still provide an educational review, but the ability to negotiate, cancel, or change terms may be limited or unavailable.

10. Fees and Payment

Payment for DEALSCORE360™ is due before the review begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Fees paid to The F&I Authority™ are for the time, review, analysis, and preparation of the DEALSCORE360™ report. Payment does not guarantee any specific savings, refund, approval, negotiation result, or dealership action.

11. Refund Policy

Because DEALSCORE360™ involves review time, analysis, and preparation of a customized report, all sales are final once work has begun.

A refund may be considered only if The F&I Authority™ has not started the review or if The F&I Authority™ determines that the submitted information is insufficient to perform the service.

Refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of The F&I Authority™.

12. Confidentiality

The F&I Authority™ respects client privacy and will use client-provided information only for purposes related to reviewing the vehicle deal and preparing the DEALSCORE360™ report.

Clients should remove or redact sensitive personal information when possible, unless the information is necessary for the review. This may include Social Security numbers, full bank account numbers, passwords, or unrelated personal documents.

The F&I Authority™ does not sell client information to dealerships, lenders, or unrelated third parties.

The client may not publish, sell, copy, modify, distribute, or use the report as part of another business, software, service, or commercial product without written permission from The F&I Authority™.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The F&I Authority™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or financial damages arising from the use of DEALSCORE360™.

This includes, but is not limited to, lost savings, lost opportunities, denied financing, changed dealer terms, vehicle availability, credit decisions, dealership refusal to negotiate, or the client’s decision to enter into or decline a transaction.

The maximum liability of The F&I Authority™, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the DEALSCORE360™ service.
